Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using verdasmani.media ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Service.

Description of Service

verdasmani.media provides professional personal blogging services, including but not limited to:

• Custom blog post writing and content creation
• Content strategy development and planning
• SEO optimization and digital marketing consultation
• Brand storytelling and narrative development
• Social media content integration

User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information when requesting services
• Respect intellectual property rights
• Use our services for lawful purposes only
• Make timely payments for services rendered
• Provide necessary feedback and approvals in a timely manner

Service Terms and Pricing

Service pricing and deliverables will be outlined in individual project agreements. All prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD) unless otherwise specified. Payment terms will be specified in your service agreement.

Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, you will own the rights to the content created specifically for your project. However, verdasmani.media retains the right to:

• Use general knowledge and techniques developed during the project
• Display completed work in our portfolio (with your permission)
• Retain rights to any pre-existing intellectual property

Content Guidelines

We reserve the right to refuse service for content that:

• Violates applicable laws or regulations
• Promotes illegal activities or harmful behavior
• Contains defamatory, discriminatory, or offensive material
• Infringes on third-party intellectual property rights

Revisions and Approval Process

Each project includes a specified number of revision rounds. Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may incur additional charges. Final approval of deliverables is required before project completion.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Project cancellations must be made in writing. Refunds will be calculated based on work completed up to the cancellation date. Rush fees and third-party costs are non-refundable.

Limitation of Liability

verdasmani.media shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.

Privacy and Confidentiality

We respect your privacy and will handle your information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We maintain confidentiality of your project details and business information.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Ontario.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective when posted on this page. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
